System Properties General Info page

General

Functionality:

  1. Left ListBox pane: general information about software
  2. Right ListBox pane: general information about hardware
  3. "MSInfo" button: launches Microsofts MSINFO.EXE application when available
  4. "16-bit" button: launches TASKMANA.EXE, my 16-bit application from which System Properties was born
  5. "About..." button: displays standard API About dialog box
  6. "ReBoot" button: reboots the computer
  7. "Logoff" button: logs off current user
  8. "ShutDown" button: shuts down Windows
  9. "Force" Checkbox: when logging off, shutting down or rebooting, forces hung applications to be closed by system without displaying "Application not responding" dialog box
  10. Lower right date is the last compile date of the program
  11. Apply button: refresh displayed information
